This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. The website is currently a private development preview and is not open to the public.
Information you choose to submit
The free-guide form collects your first name, work email, company name, role, the acknowledgement needed to provide the guide and, only if you choose it, permission for additional company-building updates. The roofing-company owner form collects the personal, business and high-level next-chapter information shown in that form. Optional fields may be left blank.
Basic source and security data
Forms and first-party measurement may also record the submission date, page viewed, form progress, download activity, page source, referring page and standard campaign tags. A one-way hash derived from network information may be used temporarily to limit spam and repeated submissions. The website does not intentionally store the raw network address in the lead record.
Browser storage and measurement
The website uses session storage to assign a temporary visit identifier so related first-party events and form submissions can be understood as one visit. Local storage may remember that a guide was requested. Microsoft Clarity is used on public website pages to understand aggregate behavior such as navigation, clicks, scrolling and session replay. Form contents are masked, and Clarity is not loaded on the restricted lead dashboard. These browser features are used for the website’s own operation and measurement; they are not advertising cookies, and the forms remain usable if storage is unavailable.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the guide, understand which website paths are useful, respond to an owner inquiry, manage permitted follow-up and protect the website. Choosing not to request additional updates does not affect access to the guide. The website does not currently send the guide by email; successful requests receive immediate access on the website.
Storage and access
Form submissions and first-party events are processed by the service providers used to host the website and its managed database. Lead records are available only through an owner-restricted dashboard that requires sign-in and an approved account. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Information is kept only as reasonably needed to provide the requested resource, evaluate or respond to an inquiry, maintain business records and protect the website. A specific retention schedule will be finalized before public launch.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form. If you do submit, you may ask that your information be corrected or removed; the restricted owner dashboard includes a process for anonymizing a lead record. The privacy-contact destination has not yet been supplied and must be added before this website is made public.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential, proprietary or sensitive business records through these forms. The partnership form is intended only for high-level introductory information.
